One flat price per facility with unlimited users, so adding operators, supervisors or a shift doesn't change the price. The web, iOS and Android apps are all included, and operators can sign in with an employee ID instead of a company email.

Yes. Teams of 25 and under can use LeanSuite's Idea Management System for free at starter.theleansuite.com.

For 25 employees or fewer, there are two. The free Starter plan is the Idea Management System only. The small business plan is the whole platform for $499 per month, by application, with Vision AI priced separately. A larger facility can start with the $3,000 90-day pilot or ask for a Facility quote.

It has unlimited users, the safety, quality, operations, cost and workforce apps, analytics, roles and permissions, the web, iOS and Android apps, online onboarding and training, and the help desk. Vision AI, starting with the time and motion study, is not included and is priced separately. You apply for the plan, and our team chooses which applications fit it.

Yes. The 90-day pilot costs $3,000 per facility. Our team does the setup, your first module is live in under a week, and at day 90 you decide whether to move to the annual plan. There is no long-term commitment: nothing converts on its own and there is no price lock, so you move to a plan only if you choose to sign.

No. The $3,000 covers the 90-day pilot at one facility and is separate from the annual plan, which is quoted per facility if you continue.

No. Vision AI is the AI time and motion study and its video modules: line balancing, ergonomics (REBA and RULA), SMED, value stream mapping and SMPs from video. It is priced separately and isn't part of the facility plan, the small business plan or the pilot. Create with AI (SOPs from video, forms, audits, OPLs, assessments and LMS courses) is not part of Vision AI: it is included in the facility plan. Ask about adding Vision AI when you request pricing.

Yes. Several plants can share one workspace: each keeps its own data, and company-level roll-ups show results across all of them.

Yes. For RCA, kaizen, work orders, tags and best practices, the workflow follows your own steps, fields and approvals, with rules at each stage for who can move a record, what must be valid first, what updates on its own when the status changes and who is told. Every module is connected to every other, so you never enter the same information twice.
