About LeanSuite: We're building the operating system for the modern factory

LeanSuite is lean manufacturing software, founded in 2021, that gives plants one connected platform to replace paper, run daily management and continuous improvement, and help frontline teams do their best work.

OUR STORY

Closing the gap inside the four walls

ERPs connect the supply chain, but inside the factory a gap remains: hard reporting, poor communication and constant firefighting. LeanSuite connects the plant's people, processes and technology in one source of truth.

  1. LeanSuite's Create New menu (Suggestion, F-Tag, Kaizen, QA Matrix, EWO, Best Practice) next to a Gap Planning card

    Where it started

LeanSuite was founded to close the gap between the systems that run the business and the people who run the shop floor.

  2. A list of frontline suggestions with their status and a suggestion being approved

    The voice of the frontline

We launched Suggestion and Tagging modules to capture ideas and issues straight from the frontline.

  3. A skills matrix showing each operator's level on each station

    Growth and expansion

Customer feedback led to our Skills Management and Kaizen modules, so teams could tie their daily work to real improvements.

  4. Lean AI grouping three suggestions about label printer jams at Packing so they can be reviewed together or bulk actioned

    The year of intelligence

We introduced our first Lean AI features, which automate the analysis of frontline data so teams find insights faster.

  5. A best practice being rolled out across several plants

    Scaling for the enterprise

We completed our SOC 2 Type 1 audit and improved our integration tools for leaders who run several sites.

  6. Vision AI analysing a process video and producing time and motion, line balancing and ergonomic results
    New

    Vision AI

We launched Vision AI: one process video becomes a time and motion study, line balancing, ergonomic and SMED analysis, and a value stream map.

OUR VISION

Building the ecosystem for continuous improvement

Beyond software, we are building a community for continuous improvement: shared data, training on demand and a network of peers to solve hard problems.

FAQs

LeanSuite at a glance

  1. LeanSuite is lean manufacturing software for frontline operations. Daily issues (F-Tags), Daily Standard Work, audits, ideas, Kaizen projects, skills and training, KPIs, documents and AI tools such as the RCA Agent and Vision AI run in one platform that replaces paper and spreadsheets.

  2. LeanSuite was founded in 2021 by Angad Singh and his co-founder, to close the gap between the systems that run the business and the people who run the shop floor. LeanSuite.com Corp. is based in Brampton, Ontario, Canada.

  3. No. LeanSuite doesn't run production orders, inventory or finance, and it doesn't replace a maintenance system. It runs the frontline routines around them, such as daily issues, audits, ideas, Kaizen and skills, and works alongside those systems; KPI dashboards can pull data from your ERP or MES.

  4. Manufacturing plants and multi-site manufacturers. Whirlpool used LeanSuite to track continuous improvement across 14 plants; its Global Kaizen Power Pitch saw 150 kaizen presented, with $14.8M in hard savings and $17.6M in soft savings.

  5. One flat price per facility with unlimited users, so everyone at the plant can use it. Teams of 25 and under can use the Idea Management System free on the Starter plan, and the 90-day pilot costs $3,000 per facility.

  6. The first module is typically live in under a week, and can be live as soon as the next day.

  7. Yes. LeanSuite has a SOC 2 Type 1 report, is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure with a 99.5% monthly uptime commitment, and supports single sign-on with Microsoft Entra ID and Okta, plus employee-ID sign-in for operators without email.
